Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. You’ll see the final shipping rate before completing your order, no surprises.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order with care before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping option. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way.

Note: During holidays, promotions, or peak seasons, delivery times may vary slightly.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships, so you can follow Hoppy’s journey home.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us at connect.hoppy@gmail.com within 7 days. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
